This diet program I'm going to write based on my friend's experiences as I haven't tried this out before. A quick background on this diet is that it's from "America's Favorite Fitness Expert". This diet works in a 28 day period where a 1500 calorie diet helps you lose weight. Unlike other diet programs, not only do they give you the proper meal nutrition information but also give you exercise plans to further increase the strength of your program.
One of my friend tried this a few months ago and liked it alot. Granted it was her first try at it I think she did a pretty good job. She said the meals were easy and although she missed some kind of food that she wasn't allowed to eat, it helped her stay on track. The exercise program wasn't too hard and easy to follow.
I think maybe I'll try this one next time. I like things nice and simple and for a diet program to tell me what to eat and also how to exercise?? I'll bump this one up on my list.

I'm a 32 year old female with a passion for food. By day I'm a computer tech for a company and by night I'm just your average person. I just love food. Ofcourse that means sometimes I have to diet. I've tried about 3-4 different diets with varying results.
