Weight Watcher I wanted to add to my site because it's one of the oldest and most successful diet sites out there.
Basically Weight Watchers is a diet that you can find a local center near you where you can attend meetings. There you keep track of your weight so you can see if you are making progress and if you need to adjust anything.
Weight Watcher uses a point system to help you out. For example (not actual Weight Watcher points system - just something to give you an idea on how their points system works) - If we give a slice of pizza 5 points and a salad 1 point. According to your diet, you're allowed 10 points for a meal, so you get to decide if you want to eat 2 slices of pizza or 10 salads! I'd go for the pizza ofcourse.
I like meal delivery diets better where companies ship healthy meals directly to your door...like Medifast. I found a site that compared these two. See how Weight Watchers compares to Medifast.
WeightWatchers.com Check out the Weight Watcher website for more information.
2. Top Five Rated Diet Plans
Easy Diet Reviews posts a review about Weight Watchers and also lists the best rated diet programs. They have it split out into Top 5 Best Diets - Overall and also Best Home Delivery Diets (meaning plans that deliver meals directly to your house).
3. Chase Freedom
Chase Freedom is another diet review site that can offer you more information to read. They cover hundreds of diets from popular ones to the lesser known ones. A lot of text so be prepared to read a lot.

I'm a 32 year old female with a passion for food. By day I'm a computer tech for a company and by night I'm just your average person. I just love food. Ofcourse that means sometimes I have to diet. I've tried about 3-4 different diets with varying results.
I created this site to keep my own information cause I lose anything I write on a piece of paper. Plus since I sit in front of a computer all day, this will give me something to do.
